Super fast, very nice staff. Helpful. Give suggestions on how to package and recommendations on what/how to send for best arrival. I really enjoyed my conversation with a gentleman who was talkative and friendly. This location is right by my work and will be using this UPS specifically when I need to send things out!

I wanted to share my excellent experience at the ups store , Amazing customer service provided by Gina she was very understanding and helped me throughout the whole process, she was very kind and patient. I really appreciate workers like Gina that are understandable and helpful.

This is a fairly busy location. And the service is okay. But every time I go in there the employees just seem really unhappy. You never quite know if you're welcome to be there. This is a bit unusual for UPS because employees are usually friendly. It might be too that I'm not a regular shipper like the other reviewers who spend a lot more money at this location than I do. But, anything that's shipped there gets to its destination.

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the excellent service we consistently receive at this UPS location. We visit five days a week and always interact with the employees and delivery drivers—they are consistently helpful, professional, and kind.
We regularly bring a significant number of packages, and every time we come in, the staff makes the process smooth and efficient. We’re always treated with respect, and we make it a point to show the same kindness in return.
This location has truly been a reliable and positive part of our shipping experience. I encourage a high rating for this location because the team here genuinely deserves it. I absolutely love coming here!
