I recently discovered this small UPS storefront store on the Northwest Freeway. I frequently make Amazon returns they're require a UPS drop off. In the past I went to the UPS store on West 19th Street in the Heights. I still frequent that store, but I like the accessibility of this store when I am in the area. It's clean and well lighted. It's usually not that busy and I can get in and out quickly.

Stole my package or gave my package to someone. So it’s being claimed that my package was received but by whom? What steps are taken to verify the correct person gets their package. This group is so scammy!! I am beyond disappointed and hurt. The employees are disengaged and unprofessional. Says they received my package but it’s not there.. so where is my stuff?! This has been an absolute nightmare. Why bother calling the ups customer service just to get the run around.

The facility and staff is nice and quick but it smelled horrible for some reason in there like a dead animal and they have all doors closed which makes the smell worse I feel sorry for the teenagers attending

I am VERY PLEASED with them. For me the Staff went out of of their way. Sometimes they DO GET BUSY. But always help. 10+ for them

Lazy employees. I came in wanting a passport picture. They said it was too late in the day. Yall have multiple employees on staff and you’re telling me an hour before closing you can’t do a passport photo. I used to work a similar job where passport pictures were offered. They do not take long to do. 10 minutes max, but I come in a full hour before closing and they tell me to come back tomorrow. Terrible, just say you don’t wanna do your job.

I have been having my packages delivered here for over a year. I do not have a mailbox there, I only have my stuff delivered here (Amazon, UPS etc) due to porch pirates. Today I'm guessing it was the owner decided I must have been a criminal or thief....mind you I had been coming there for over a yr. Told hom those were my packages there on the counter, he asked for my ID which he shouldn't have done as I had been coming there for so long. He knew who I was, still asked for ID and wouldn't let me open the packages he verified were mine until I paid the $5/ea. We got in a screaming match and I told him if he saw it fair and right to treat me that way I'd take my business elsewhere. None of the other employees ever treated me like that. Not sure if the old man was just having a bad day and chose to take it out on me or what his problem was but I've spent hundreds of dollars of my hard earned money there but I'll be taking that business elsewhere after today. I don't appreciate being treated like a criminal.

I’ve taken packages to other UPS stores and never had issues with packages not being taped. On June 11th at 6:24 pm, This location was very rude when I brought the box not taped up. I’ll never go to this location again. The young girl who attended me, in a not so nice tone, tells me to next time bring your own tape. The other man, working with her was rude as well. Very unprofessional.
