Worker stole an item from a package sent me. Had a family member pack some stuff I left in Houston, they took photos of the items on the scale & then shipping label. What arrives at my house is a box with 2 different tapes, missing the only niche collectable item in the package. Horrible store

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Experience – Highly Recommend!
I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by a young woman who made my entire experience unforgettable. She’s African-American, with the most beautiful, puffy curly hair that immediately caught my attention. Not just because it was stunning, but because it matched her vibrant personality perfectly.
From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a genuine smile and such a welcoming energy that I instantly felt comfortable. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to really understand what I needed. You could tell she cares about people and takes pride in what she does.
What stood out most was her confidence and kindness. She made me feel seen and valued, something that’s surprisingly rare these days. Her sense of style, her curls, and her calm professionalism all added up to an experience that was truly top-tier.
I can’t recommend her enough. If you get the chance to work with her, you’re in excellent hands.

Very rude young blond. If you don’t like customer service you shouldn’t be working here. She needs to learn how to help seniors on the Amazon return app. Just so unfair. I have my receipt to prove I went there today. I will swing by to talk to management

I love the UPS Store but this location gave me a headache and since my departure from there I have had issues regarding my returned items actually being delivered to the designated location. I returned a pair of Ugg shoes a while ago & received my receipt. I did make note that the shoes weren’t immediately packaged up, which others locations typically would do. However, as long as I had my receipt, I didn’t think too much of it. Please note: It was only one other customer in the store when I arrived early afternoon. Since then, I have been refunded then recharged for my items not actually being delivered from UPS. Allegedly a candle was sent back to the Ugg store & not the shoes. I would hate to believe that a worker here kept the shoes. However, I do know that I called a few times and was met with employees who showed no interest to assist and kept asking me to send a email. (Which I did awhile back ago & still have yet to receive a response email back) I have faithfully used UPS for years and have not had any issues relating to my items not being returned until I entered this store. Now I am having to prove I sent the shoes back. There needs to be more developmental training here and better understanding of protocol amongst the staff.

On May 2nd, 2025, at around 11:50 AM, I visited your office to use the shipping services. Upon arriving, I placed my items on the empty counter. An employee named Alexis asked me to move my packages so she could use the scale. I complied, and a few moments later, she asked me again to move the boxes to a different scale. Although I felt uncomfortable, I followed her instructions.
While she was slowly scanning my first package, a white male customer entered. Without any explanation, Alexis stopped helping me and immediately began assisting him instead. At that moment, I felt discriminated against because I am Asian.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve had an uncomfortable interaction with Alexis. In the past, I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, thinking she might just be having a bad day. However, after this recent experience, it’s difficult to ignore the pattern. I left the store feeling deeply hurt and disrespected.
This is supposed to be a country that values fairness and equality. It is upsetting to feel treated differently based on race. I hope you will take this situation seriously and provide proper training to your staff to ensure that all customers receive respectful and equal treatment.
