Short staffed I get it closed for lunch I get it but not opening up by the time you post on the wall is unacceptable please do better

This site is one of the worst. You couldn't drop off packages for months because the drawer was broken. I went in at noon on a weekday and they were closed, no note or warning. At least the kiosk is usually always open

I have only used the self-service kiosk, but it's been great.
