made an appointment for two for Passport Renewal at 3:30p today. arrived at 3:17p and was bluntly told by two male employees that everything is “self service.” Received bare minimum guidance on the process of Renewal. photos were taken and charged $15 for two photos, then was given no further help as one of the employees at least told us which envelope we had to purchase to mail out the application form, checks, photos. all this to say - they expect you to have/know everything about renewal ahead of time and are simply there to accept payment and mail it out for you. If you expect a traditional appointment and sit-down meeting like we did, looks like that isn’t the case

Maybe that’s what they intended to do: we make appointment for passport but they were super slow, the whole counter only one person working ( I feel so bad for the Asian gentleman, he was the only one working, and others are just walking around or hide behind).
I don’t think it’s lack of funding to hire more people, since most of them are hiding behind and you can’t find people to help you. Super slow. I don’t get it.

Dropped off 2 return packages at this location on 5/27 over lunch and only one was scanned in. USPS is unable to help locate the second package since they have no record of receiving the package. It was likely stolen by the postal worker I left them with. All those cameras and security of leaving with them a postal worker and they still can't manage to track down what happened to my package

Post office workers are often rude! But the older black lady with the short hair cut was VERY nice and helpful (: 10/1000 Customer Service

Unprofessional and disrespectful. Be advised that they randomly decide to close early. The employee and manager working at this post office at 4:30 today on May 13th were no help and extremely rude. The person at the counter yelled at me that they were closing and would not be taking my package as they are closing early due to her needing to take a lunch. Instead of a manager stepping in to deescalate, the manager allowed this employee to keep yelling and be disrespectful. When I told them there was no communication anywhere about an early closure, they then tape a sheet of paper on the door. This manager ends up telling me to use the self kiosk to drop my package. Well, it didn’t accept it and she still had to scan it. By the way, I could hear all the cussing your employee was using while they continued to refuse to scan the package as I waited by the kiosk. What a horrible place this is.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at this post office regarding my passport appointment. I scheduled the appointment two weeks in advance and showed up on time, only to find out the employee responsible had left—with no email, no call, no cancellation notice. Nothing.
Worse, the man working the counter (Bald with glasses )was disrespectful and argumentative, offering no help and no apology. He acted like it was my problem for expecting someone to actually honor the appointment. of course now I am reading other reviews and see so many claim for his behavior. Why don't you fire him and let him go work some where that he knows what the customer service is and how to talk to people? I took time off work, rearranged my schedule, and drove there, only to be completely dismissed like my time meant nothing.
To make things even more absurd—they didn’t even bother to reschedule me! They just said, “Come back Monday as a walk-in.” Really? So now I’m supposed to come back, waste my time again, and hope someone’s actually there? And what happens if you suddenly say, “Oh, you need an appointment” on Monday? This is ridiculous.
The lack of organization, communication, and basic courtesy is shocking. The supervisor of this location needs to take a serious look at what’s going on here. You can’t just blow people off like this and act like it’s normal.

Came here at 4:35 to mail 3 envelopes that I have to do at the counter. Post office closes at 5. A few people were in line. As soon as I walked in, the lady who always wears a mask, but keeps it under her nose (which means it’s doing nothing, but I digress) yelled at me that they were closed. I’ve had bad experiences here for years. The only reason I come here is bc it’s the closest post office to where I work and I often need to mail things for work. Most of the people who work here are rude and disrespectful. And that sucks bc I really REALLY want to support USPS, but they make it hard.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR PASSPORT APPOINTMENTS. They do not honor appointment times. They will take random applicants without appointments before people with appointments. I waited an hour past my time, it was an absolute mess. This location is 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I’m never had this problem sending anything in Colorado, but this is ridiculous. I send a James Avery bracelet to Colorado for my sister for a late Christmas present last year on December 26 and still to this day it has not gotten there. I’ve done the “missing package report” in February, called the number they told me to call and received a message a few days ago about them just barely working on the search for my package. At this point it’s pointless I know someone must’ve taken it or lost it. I need my $150 back for the bracelet/shipping. 3 months to deliver one tiny package is absurd. Never doing that again.

Terrible customer service and the bald man with glasses had a terrible attitude for no apparent reason.

Mail carrier has twice not delivered packages or left them within reach of thieves when the packages could have been placed in the locked mailbox or as instructed held at the post office for me to pick up. Mailbox is routinely left unsecured by mail carrier.

Just avoid the bald guy with glasses, and you’ll be fine. He’s very combative, rude, and seems to be lacking a lot of knowledge of his job. I believe his combativeness comes from being worried about being wrong, which it seemed like he was on 2 occasions there.
The other 2 ladies there were extremely helpful! The passport lady was super kind! And despite the reviews, they are indeed able to handle passport pictures. They were a little behind, but that’s because it was busy and during lunch. The pass port lady was extremely quick, kind, and served with a smile!
