The reviews I looked at says it all about this particular post office but let me add one more bad review – the supervising clerk Miss Jackson couldn’t solve a problem if a clue was handed to her.
My problem with three post officers in the last couple of months is trying to make an appointment for a passport. It seems like the people they hire that work for the post office calling in sick regularly this is the third time I’ve experienced this. So pretty much puts the kibosh on my vacation for mid June. Please get rid of Miss Jackson

Destiny and Jade were so helpful and cheerful . I appreciate all theor help and theh definitely stand out from any other postal worker. Helping and conversing with each customer.

I had a to go and pick up a box from one of our vendors, we were behind in our production line since we needed the parts on this shipping. Fred is the postal worker that help us locate the box and he was so efficient and helpful, he gave me a really nice customer service, I really appreciated his understanding of our situation. All I have, is a really good experience, from this postal office, great service. Thank you for your patience with all of us that use your service, thank you again.

Destiny and the team I had the pleasure of working with made this trip amazing! They were all beyond helpful and super nice. I renewed my passport in 15 minutes or less. The vibes were immaculate and they were making it super fun by cracking jokes the whole time. Overall at 10/10 experience and I highly recommend going here!

The African American women here are so hostile and in no way try to help you. Their customer service is horrible. Maybe they should go look for a job they actually enjoy doing. If that.

Like just about any post office, this one has many flaws and it is because of the workforce. Either they are utterly understaffed at all times, or they don't care. Latter? Who knows?
The neighborhood I'm in has multiple missing packages daily and we get each other's mail regularly. The mailboxes are not maintained well in the neighborhood and the post office refuses to fix the key boxes. They come out weekly if not daily to open the main mailbox to fix the fact they misdelivered the packages and gave the wrong keys to the wrong residents.
The saving grace comes from the manager taking the time to drive to our neighborhood to fix the issues his team causes.

Not helpful or kind. A worker screamed at me from across the room because I had no label or tape on my box. I attempted to find some. Then got screamed at for picking up the “wrong” one. She wouldn’t let me get into line till both of those things were done. But she stressed me out so much I left. As I walked out, she shouted to have a lovely day.
