I have been using this post office to drop hundreds of envelopes and packages for almost five years. I have limited experience at the retail counter, but this location is very good at getting packages on their way. For online sellers, this is a very reliable drop location.

Everytime I come here it’s something! A man ended up leaving at the package & mail pick up after waiting 20 minutes then I’m pregnant standing waiting on someone to come to the door an extra 20 minutes so unprofessional & ghetto! If I could give no star I would! Who are the managers and what are they doing?!

They wouldn’t help me with my insurance claim, stating that I’m in the wrong office, even though their customer service representative assured me that ANY post office can take my claim and assess any information regarding it. The lady behind the counter actually asked me “why are you here?”, after being told they would do nothing for me. Terrible, lazy, incompetent, lame workers.

Absolute worst customer service ever ! This is a gov facility which means it should be open and running at all times possible ! The employees feel entitled to close the office when they feel they don’t want to work ! They need to understand that people run their businesses out of their PO BOX and they are playing with their livelihood at their convenience ! The management of this post office needs to change and they need to shape up their employees !

Everytime I have to pick up a package, the employees at pick up door take FOREVER to answer the door. I can clearly hear them listening to music and they refuse to answer the door ring. I waited over an hour and a hald this time for something that could have been done within minutes. This place is a joke and needs better management over the "customer service" employees they have. Unfortunately this is my local office, and can't avoid it, but I suggest you go elsewhere.

The usps worker who delivers mail to my house is an absolute delight, nothing but great things to say about them.
However, going into this post office to drop off a package is a nightmare. Multiple times, including today, the counter workers have been talking/having full conversations on their phone via AirPods while also be snippy and rude to me just trying to drop off a package! I avoid dropping packages at this location as much as possible and would pay to use UPS or other services rather than experience the rude workers here.

They won't deliver my mail or packages, their facility is closed, and phones are down. I can't get my paychecks or equipment. They've crippled my business and I'm helpless to do anything about it. Unbelievable.

I had a package come from this location yesterday. The tracking said it got delivered. However, I did not receive anything. I’ve called the phone number 10 times today, not once has anyone answered the phone. This is pathetic.

My packages came up missing at this location and not getting much help about it. It was just write it down on a piece of paper. The manager just mentioned some “tea” to the clerk and it’s like…at this point I want to go to the police because I’m seeing more reviews of packages missing and this is making me scared.

The only Angel in this facility is Jentree. The only kind person that will actually help out and be honest about your mail or packages, Everyone else lies and won’t help. My packages was missing Jentree took my information and told me she will help find my packages when all the other employees told me my packages was lost and that they couldn’t nothing about but Jentree found it and called me.
