Horrible customer service. Very rude and unprofessional. The people that work here clearly hate their job and hate to work at the place they applied for. One of the employees had his back faced the door and was blocking off the door from anyone to enter at 4:50pm when they close at 5pm just to get a little extra chill time.

I drive to this post office because it says open on google and maps. When I get there they said they are closed for lunch for almost 2 hours I came during my lunch break so I was not able to drop off my mail. If yall can update the hours at least that would be mindful.

This post office is not delivering our daily mail anymore to the 77087 zip code. What is going on with that? We are going several days without important pieces of mail causing major delays. This is ridiculous and no one ever answers the phone when we call
