Close because lady is putting mail in po boxes sad close till 2:30

Why is it that every time you come to this post office? It’s always closed and you have to go to another area just to do what you have to do send your mail or whatever they always have an attitude oh we’re closed going on. I live in Broadway back in a day. I don’t even live over here anymore. Now they’re telling my son we’re closed together. Somebody check on these people who don’t wanna work because they have people who wanna work out here, just because you’ve been working here for years that doesn’t mean you be rude to people and send them elsewhere. They’re coming in to get their mail done pay their bills get things done and you guys steady sitting up here we closed get it together you don’t wanna work retire. I wish I could give you no stars.

It’s Saturday morning and it’s 9:03 office is still not opened. Apart from not having proper opening they lack respect and customer service. I come by to send mail out and it’s either the system is down or they don’t have change or they just don’t want to help you. Sooo rude overall!! While writing this I still waited for the office to open and I guess they will not be opening today 🤷🏻♀️.

Sometimes is closed, sometimes no system, nobody at the front desk, today I wanted a certified mail, they don't have this service available they send me to another location...
Why they are open if they don't provide the service ?
Everybody is coming back because they don't want to give them service. This is my last time here! :[

Why is this place closed a 2pm? No answer from calls, ringing doorbell, nor knock on door. But you hear people talking inside. No sign indicating they are temporarily closed or anything.

NOT,to a race issue only to describe the Black lady that feels she's the Postal General, she's very rude,no customer service skills whatsoever. This post office closes when it wants with no reason given. Close it down, the post office on Old Galveston rd.is high class service.

I'm looking at the reviews here and they indicate it's always closed. I have honestly come here 3 times in the past year and have thankfully not run into this issue. But I also notice there is just one person always running the register. The post office staff have always been nice and helpful. Especially Ms. Walker. She has always been friendly and kind.
This is one of the few USPS locations that have always shipped out my package without losing them. I'm thankful for that.

This post office is almost never open during the hours that are posted. Almost every single time I try to go there they have the doors locked. Save yourself and don't go here!
