I’ve seen this staff member treat other customers poorly before, and today it happened to me. I was just trying to ask questions and get basic service, but he became even more disrespectful and impatient. It’s hard to believe that behavior like this is allowed at a public service location. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy.

We held our mail for vacation several days before leaving. Got emailed confirmation. This post office is still delivering our mail, including packages as we are watching helplessly from out of town with the informed delivery emails.

I’m very disappointed with the service I received at the mailing desk on July 29 around 3:00 PM. I was told my appointment had been canceled, but I never received any email or phone call to notify me. When I asked about it, the man at the desk had a bad attitude and was very disrespectful in how he spoke to me.
Another woman there told me to come back on August 1, but she wouldn't even make eye contact with me or speak to me directly. Her behavior came off as dismissive and unprofessional. I felt disrespected and not valued as a customer. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I hope it will be addressed to prevent others from having the same experience.

No one answers the phone at this location and the managers and most of the workers have attitudes like they dont work to serve the public! I've have important mail missing with no help on locating it. Also they all tell you the same thing like its a piece of paper they pass around to read from. Absolutely one of the worst locations.

Absolutely terrible experience! The one gentleman working kept going to the back and each time it took him to come back to the front counter at least 2 new people would be added to the line. No Regard For People's time!!

I want to express my gratitude amongst several not so favorable reviews. I had an issue with a missing package since Wednesday evening. After visiting the office Friday morning the staff went above and beyond to locate my package and get it to me the same day. I am extremely relieved and grateful for their candor; especially the supervisor I spoke with! Thank you so much, again.

2:41 pm walk in lights off black older heavy set guy with glasses said they are close I ask where another post office if he familiar with he reply look on your phone an see that is so rude there nothing at the entrance stating for customer power is out and customer just asking only for him to have an attitude

They don’t like cashing checks so steer clear from here my brother tried to the past week and they said “we dont have the money right now” in the morning. Then he comes back later they still say they don’t have it and they send him somewhere else. Either the usps doesn’t have money at that location to cash checks or they just don’t wanna do their job please do something about this and make them do their jobs.

I having a lit of problems with my mail, I always get my packages lost why is that, what is going on with the mail personal , they deliver wrong packages to my house but never get my own packages, is any one having this problem with the zip code 77096?

Extremely slow service. Be prepared to wait a minimum of 40 minutes walking into this post office for any package service, including simply dropping off.
