Post office staff continue to be friendly & helpful. Lines are short when I go in & Move fast although rarely staffed by more than one staffer.

I have so many package , they refuse my package , i get pick up first they do not pick up , i drop here, they do not want it ask me to drop on sam houston collect center? 77035 my package was same they do not want recive.？？？what the point?
