The post-men/women that delivers mail and packages need to be reviewed. I'm constantly getting mail and packages from all over the city, and what does belong to doesn't make it to my front door. I made a large order to a company that split it into 2 separate boxes & tracking numbers. They were due to arrive on the same day. The packages traveled all the way from New Jersey. They say one on my front door and kept the other. They marked the one they kept as "no such number". To make matters worse, they marked the wrong one as delivered!!! Now I have to sort out this confusing mess with the company I ordered from and USPS. Problem is, THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE. It is ridiculous that I've placed several calls throughout the day, and it will ring until it hangs up or give an immediate dial tone. There needs to be a THOROUGH investigation into the delivery employees. They constant delivery of other people's mail/packages and not getting what ACTUALLY belongs to me is very frequent and unacceptable.

Because of all the negative posts about this particular post office, I almost didn't go there to mail my pkg. Because I don't give much credibility to everything I see on social media, I went there. I used the kiosk to create the postage for my package and it worked fine but when I attempted to put the pkg in the drop, I couldn't get it open so I had to stand in the line anyway. The line moved fairly quickly and then I reached the worker who was very kind to explain to me that my postage was incorrect and why. Also he processed my pkg very quickly with the difference in postage costs and I was out of there. Also my pkg was received in two days.The only issue is that the outside drop boxes have been moved but the directions are wrong. The neighborhood has declined remarkably so maybe drop boxes are not safe.

This place is a waste of Tax payers hard earn money. Poor service and accountability is no where near proper. There is only one package manager no one knows where your mail is and if you visit the post master is like waiting on a baby to come.. Damm shame....This place don't deserve one star.

We moved out from our home and got PO box here, month later not a single piece of mail in the PO box, where went hundreds of our mail pieces during this time? You got low iq масаquеs working here stealing your mail and taking advantage of people!!! Lawsuit incoming

Horrible service and very rude staff. This location is the epitome of government workers taking advantage of the system. The couldnt work slower or care less if they tried.

Horrible mail delivery service from this station. Envelopes and larger packages regularly are both delayed by several days and the package tracking is either updated incorrectly (shows delivered 48 hours before it ever arrives) or never updated at all. Also someone apparently thinks it's smart to leave packages on the muddy ground in the rain instead of under the covered area by the front door.

Staff inside has gotten better but we are still having lots or mail returned as undeliverable to our address but not all. So it's hard to understand how the usps can have such a problem with one piece and none with another.

An employee that said he was the only one qualified for passports was extremely rude and short. Trying to tell me I couldn't ask questions and not to talk. I also tried to ask questions and advocate for my disabled brother and the employee told me not to ask for him, he then excused me rudely and said next. My disabled brother even said he was very rude to him and didn't like him. This interaction was extremely unprofessional and they are supposed to have what's known as "Poster 7" describing our rights. Poster 7 is supposed to be posted for everyone to see in the publicly accessible area and know their rights. It was nowhere to be found and I double checked the whole lobby. Again I can't believe a postal employee that deals with customers every day and doesn't even give common basic respect and courtesy is allowed to have the position he does. I for sure think the film the post office takes should be reviewed of our interactions and his behavior, demeanor, and rudeness. I Highly suggest using ANY other post office in the city before this one. I would love if someone other than him whom is in charge could contact me because I have exact time and register information they can look at their videos over. I'm also going to FOIA request the footage and share it with the world. So they can see how people in customer service positions treat the public at large. You will also see I was extremely polite through the whole process and did not engage with this individual in any way with the rudeness they were so comfortably promoting.

For several months the kiosk printer has been down. There are zero shipping supplies on the shelf. There are no forms in the island near the checkout line. I notified the clerk of zero supplies. He said he would restock them. Still waiting.

This is the 3rd time when I go to get my mail out my box I have everybody else mail in my box. But on Sat. Mail I had 5 letters with 5 different apartment numbers on them how do this happen very uncalled for. Been looking for my important mail still have not gotten it I was mailed out 3 weeks ago. Also they put my mail sometimes next door and they do not have the same address as mine. This is getting bad. They put my SSCard in my next door apt. Was so glad she give it to me. Also I got someone drivers license in my box, bank statement this is people private information. This need to stop. 10/9/2023

This Post office is the most horrible, n unprofessional place I been to. The delivered my package to the wrong address mind you my name is in my mailbox, and the were rude when I went in to inquire about it..This place needs to be managed better..

To the massive hiring only blacks mostly by black management tells all you need to understand.:::::::”It’s pay back time, one of the black clerks flapping off behind the counter”They are unabashedly doing this across the country.The black teller was so kind & polite to all black people, he even went out of his way to roll out the red carpet for them…..But when an old white steps up the counter to buy postage stamps he went ballistic, rude. Etc then demanded I leave the place.So…. You all have it now across the. Country including California.I wish I had that black race.card too.BFree rent, phone, insurance college, automatic job hiring, Resume put top of the list.Any one you don’t like yell racist.On second thought I’ll keep being white.I wake up not be hated ‘ show my pride’s

The post office that sent me here was helpful and had no issues explaining what to do. That being said, I was informed to come here to have my mail put under watch, and that the blue door should have someone to help starting at 0600 (since I work overnights) but after getting here after shift at 0810, and ringing a few times, along with some others- nothing. At 0900 when they opened and we went to the counter, we were all told “Ring the bell” in a short, dismissive tone. After finally getting to check in with someone at the blue door, the other people were helped and I was given an “Oh sorry, I forgot about you” -only 5 minutes after speaking with me. I understand short staffing, getting overworked, the temperatures hot as you-know-what, but this is the worst service I’ve ever experienced at any USPS office.Still currently waiting to speak to a supervisor/manager about the mail watch and by the looks of it, it’ll be a long wait. I haven’t been rude at all, and won’t but it’s really frustrating to have this much trouble getting something simple done.
