Poor communication and disorganized service. Manager lectured me instead of answering a simple question, then told us they were out of passport applications. Had to go to another post office to get the form, which left me no time for my appointment.

Old man with blue t-shirt on Monday Agust 11 2025 4:27 Pm should get fired and find another jobs . You deserve get another hard jobs than be employee of usps . So rudes , not professional. Yelling at my face . Closed time is 4:30 I come and 4:27 and he told me get my package out of here . He treat me like I'm a theft .
