I don’t know whether it’s the system or if the new lady’s rule, but its absurd. Made me and my friend stand in line all over again just because we had 16 pre-paid packages. I could’ve held 10 and my friend the other 6 and it would’ve saved all of us time and given her a shorter line.

very unprofessional. out going package still not scan after 6 days. have to file a case.

horrible. said my package delivered so I had to go to post office to look into it. surprise surprise there was someone asking about the same thing.
