Last two packages USPS marked delivered were never received. In the last month, I had two packages notified as delivered yet there’s absolutely nothing delivered.

Very bad service, they don't treat you well, they don't do their job well. I have to take days to pick up my letters and every time I come they tell me another day and so on. Since I don't speak English and they keep insulting me, it's disrespectful of these people.

Unfortunately, my condominium has suspended mail delivery, and you have to come here to pick it up. They don't give it to you and treat you very badly; they're racist. I just hope they don't get lost, since I have a delivery report and know everything that's arrived. If not, the mistreatment they give me will end here, and I'll sue them for racism.!!

This is by far the worst shipping experience of my life. I had a package sent from Houston with over $1,000 worth of electronics. Instead of my items, I received a cheap-ass bag full of random kids’ clothes. Somebody clearly STOLE my stuff and swapped the package like I’m some kind of idiot. This company is a damn joke. Corrupt, careless, and full of thieves. If you care about your belongings, STAY THE HELL AWAY from this place. I’m reporting this and making sure everyone I know avoids this trash service.

I don’t recommend sending packages through them.
My blue package was stolen, and all I received was a bag with a little girl’s shirt that wasn’t even mine. I filed a complaint and still haven’t received any response. Terrible experience be careful if you plan to use this service.

This USPS office must be urgently investigated for package tampering and possible organized theft within its facility. On May 14, 2025, between 1:25 p.m. and 1:35 p.m., a blue box was shipped from this location containing high-value electronic items, specifically:
Shure SM7DB Microphone
Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 4th Gen Audio Interface
6ft Mogami Gold Studio XLR Cable
Shure Pop Filter
Total value: over $1,000 USD.
The issue is this: that blue box clearly left this USPS location with its original shipping label, but at its final destination, what arrived was a bag full of used children's clothes—with the original label from my blue box slapped on it. Someone intentionally removed the label from my package, placed it on a different (fraudulent) package, and sent it through the system. This is not a mistake—this is criminal behavior.
I am publicly demanding that:
Security footage from this time frame be reviewed immediately.
All USPS staff who handled or scanned this package be fully investigated.
The individual(s) who had direct access to my blue box be identified.
I have already initiated legal action. If I do not receive a proper resolution, I will escalate this complaint to federal authorities. USPS cannot continue operating as a den of theft where high-value packages disappear, get tampered with, or swapped out with no accountability.
⚠️ Public warning: Do not trust this USPS location with anything valuable. It’s clear that something shady is happening inside, and no one is taking responsibility. What’s happening here is serious, deliberate, and dangerous.

Terrible don’t come here if you have pre paid labels they don’t have a kiosk. They have one person at the counter with 6-7 people waiting.

It is so frustrating that this USPS continuously loses my mails/packages and never makes corrective action. People working here lack ownership and accountability. Hope our president can fix this in the future.

The mail person on my route is very nice unlike the unlikable women that work in the office. I’ve been to the post office 77063 in person before and they are not very pleasant. I inquired about missing mail and they told me “not every piece of mail that’s photographed by informed mail is delivered”. I just find it a bit concerning that the only mail that’s doesn’t get delivered is my bank account information, debit cards, checks, and large parcels. i get all the coupons, bills, and random stuff. I’m just so frustrated because before I moved to this zip code i never had these problems and they need to be investigated. They will come up with any excuse why you are never getting important mail to the point you don’t even have to check your mail anymore.

I am not the one to post shade but I feel like I need to share with everyone so everyone can know what they’re dealing with at this post office. My package was sent to the post office “by accident” & someone picked it up “by accident” & Oh it was a “carrier error” took them 3 weeks to let me know it had been a carrier error..& all I was told was a “ sorry” Now I’m sure someone has to at least care in that facility but not ALL its employees are on the same page. It’s sad how customer service is slowly degrading everywhere… BUT the post office?! So yeah don’t expect to get a straight answer from here…
