Worst usps location in all of Houston multiple times they decide only to deliver my package on a Friday but end leaving me a oversized slip forcing me to pick it up in person even though I’ve told them multiple times to just leave the packages at the front gate instead it’s honestly baffling they can’t follow simple instructions now I have to wait till Monday because they’re the only location that closes the entire weekend yeah they for sure deserve a whole weekend off ridiculous

Convenient location for our family that recently located here and needed to set up a PO Box asap. Customer Service is a hit or miss. Strong personalities come off a bit abrasive but overall helpful. The employee Brandi that made our keys was super helpful and pleasant to work with.

I had a terrible experience at this USPS location. One of the staff members—a Black woman—was extremely rude and unprofessional. I came in to return a package to Australia and explained that the seller had instructed me to write “Refused – RTS” on the envelope and drop it off. Instead of helping, she immediately dismissed me and insisted the return wasn’t allowed because the box had tape on it—something completely irrelevant and incorrect. She then tossed a customs form at me and told me I’d have to pay international shipping. Thankfully, I reached out to the Australian company again, and they confirmed I could simply drop it off in a USPS drop box, which worked perfectly—no customs form, no payment needed.
This employee clearly didn’t understand USPS international return policies and showed no interest in helping or listening. Her attitude was dismissive, and the misinformation caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. USPS needs to train their staff better and ensure basic courtesy is upheld. Absolutely unacceptable service.

The worst post office I have ever been to. I was dropping off packages. Only one counter person was working. She said take it to the window outside. Sat there for 10-15 minutes. Nothing was scanned. Trash place.

Title: Disappointing Experience with One Clerk, Thankful for the Kindness of Others
I’m so thankful to the Lord for helping me keep my temper in check and respond gracefully. I recently visited this post office to ship my son’s belongings overseas, as he is stationed out of the country in the military.
From the start, the clerk named Daizha was unnecessarily critical. She questioned if I was “really” trying to ship everything, remarked about how “it’s a lot” and would cost “a lot” — comments that were unhelpful and not her concern. She told me to go outside the packing area to assemble my package and suggested I was sending his whole wardrobe! I explained that these were the items my son requested.
A veteran standing nearby noticed what was happening and kindly stepped in to help me find a box, for which I was truly grateful. Daizha, meanwhile, continued to be dismissive, even as I was the only person there. Despite a back injury from the previous day, I had to lift the box multiple times as she changed her mind about where it should go.
When she handed me the customs form, she insisted I list every single item, even though she watched me pack it up. I would have had to unseal the airtight bags to write detailed descriptions, which seemed excessive. Thankfully, two other polite clerks stepped in to help and reassure me that general descriptions (like “pants” and “shirts” with quantities) were perfectly acceptable.
These two clerks — one tall lady near the entry and the lady next to her — were so kind and understanding. They helped me get everything ready for my son, who is tall and slim and needs specific clothes and shoes that are hard to find. I appreciate them so much for their patience and support.
I hope Mrs. Watkins, the supervisor, sees this review and has a chance to counsel Daizha on her poor attitude and lack of professionalism. Military families often make huge sacrifices, and when we’re trying to send packages to our loved ones, we deserve respect and courtesy.

A bunch of thieves!!! They stole my package twice!! Received the notifications saying delivered, but wasn’t in the mailbox. The company sent a replacement and the same thing happened. Went to the post office and they acted completely clueless.

Went to get a package. Round 3 pm. As I was waiting in line, the african american lady was talking rudely to an old man. She opened the door, hitting him with it right after the interaction. He had to hold the door knob to not fall. Then she gave him the cart of packages and closed the door. Hella rude and messed up to see.

Bunch of scammers, they mark packages as delivered while they still have it there in the store in hopes you forget about it and never claim it.
Bunch of crooks I have to go hunt for my package there for hours until they give it to me on multiple occasions.
Pirates working in government jobs . And the management is involved and they’re not doing anything about it.

I spend hundreds of dollars shipping weekly from this location. An issue just came up about drop off, and they were heavily unhelpful nor cared to help staff, was filled with attitude. It's very clear to me to go somewhere else with my packages . I'd recommend the same for you.
