Tanisha went above and beyond to help me with a package that was almost forwarded to another location. She showed genuine concern and ambition in making sure it stayed secure, personally holding it until I could come pick it up. She even delivered it to me directly to ensure it was safely in my hands. Truly excellent service!

Their driver stole my package and the employees at their location are trying to sweep it under the rug saying that I am lying and did not put my mail in drop box. This is a corrupt location do not trust any mail with these people or use their drop box

Our mail carrier consistently delivers mail that isn’t even addressed to us — wrong name, wrong unit number, wrong address entirely. We once found someone else’s prescription medication in our mailbox and had to drive it to them ourselves. They told us it had been missing for a week.
On top of that, we’ve had multiple packages marked as “delivery attempted” when our security cameras clearly show no USPS employee ever came by. Excuses range from “wild animal” to “no secure area,” despite our secure mailbox and package area. Most recently, a package was falsely marked as “notice left,” but no notice was left and no delivery was attempted.
This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially when it delays essential items.

Packages are rarely delivered on the days the website says they will be. Especially Saturdays. Never gotten one on Saturday. Have to wait until Monday. Had a package delivered today in Austin. So obviously USPS in certain areas can still get the packages out

This post office is one of the worst I’ve ever been to. The staff are unbelievably rude—completely lacking in basic customer service or courtesy. It feels like you're bothering them just by walking in. If you can avoid coming here, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. It’s honestly unacceptable that a federal service location operates like this.

Mailed a mother’s day card which never made it to the address. They steal here and know it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone to report.

this is a terrible post office. They will close the door on you with 10 minutes left before closing. I've never seen a lazy and rude post office such as this one.

Terrible experience just trying to pick up a package I had to come back every morning for a week just to try to pick up a small item. The wait is very long I had to take a half a day off work just to pick up my stuff. Would not recommend going here or having anything delivered here.
