Is the drop off bin no longer 24hrs as stated here? I’m very disappointed considering I mainly go use this before opening and after closing sometimes and before a few months ago it was always available till recently

I have been waiting for a package only to get a delivery attempt notice. They clearly didn't knock on my door or even actually try to deliver my package. I was home the entire time. Waste of time and a total inconvenience to have to go down to pick it up as when you go online it doesn't actually let you schedule a redelivery.

Would give zero stars. Lost my ssn card in the mail even after getting the scan on daily digest. Waited the 7 days before reporting, reported it twice with no response (most likely because they won't admit fault). Now I have to wait 3 weeks to try and request another ssn card. Unreal
