Very professional..honest and upfront.. went in for a reccommendation from FORD about new rotors for rear of wifes car....was told they dont need changing seeing they were changed 8 months ago...said straight out you dont need too...i respect that..honesty he couldve made an extra 250 but no...Honesty is best policy..highly... read full comment
