Verizon is horrible; don’t get me wrong. but Elias is amazing. Helped us get through an infinite loop on the Verizon app. Got the new phone set up phew.

Victor and Mark were very helpful getting me all set up! Went in for one phone and ended up getting two lines and internet (switched from ATT) I don’t regret my decision at all! Great customer service
