Brian was patient with me figuring out how to switch over from a different company and keeping my number. He helped me figure out what phone and plan was best for me and my usage. My internet went down one evening, and by 1:00 the very next day, Deo, the repairman, was at my house.
The problem had been reported as a bad router, but Deo did what any good troubleshooter should do—rather than assuming that was the problem, he started by checking the signal coming into the house. He quickly discovered that the incoming signal was bad.
With some out-of-the-box thinking and a few MacGyver-type repairs, Deo had the experience and know-how to get my internet working temporarily until a permanent repair can be made.
Once he came back inside, he continued troubleshooting and discovered that the router was, in fact, also bad. He replaced both the router and modem, made sure all the software was up to date, and even programmed the new equipment’s IP address into my Eero app.
I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Deo was prompt, thorough, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. Thank you, Deo, for a job well done! I only hope the repair crew that follows up with the permanent fix is as prompt and professional as he was. I assume they will be because Ezee Fiber has great customer service.”
