They were able to use my passport and even though there was an issue with the PIN they pushed through and got me a new phone and i was able to charge to the account. We 1st went to the Bunker Hill location and the employees there would do absolutely nothing to help. Simply told us to call the same customer care number. A former employee connection told us to go to the location on Silber and speak with Angelica. She turned us over to Donald who was so gracious and patient and dealt with the situation with us. 45 minutes later the problem was resolved. Kudos to Donald and Angelica for being so helpful to this long time Verizon customer. Thank you!!”
