Great job Verizon 2071 Westheimer Rd. Houston location!! Mr. Victor is the perfect balance of technical expertise, communication and problem-solving skills, and being a leader to his team by assisting them to provide a great customer service experience for everyone. He made sure that my entire immediate family was taken care of because I had to go back multiple days to sign everyone up and the service was excellent every time.
A special shout out to the store owner for having Mr. Victor and the other assistant manager Ms. Alexandra, who was a joy to interact with, work at your store because great leadership starts at the top. The work culture at this location looks to be thriving and flourishing so if you are looking for great customer service and pricing, stop by this location, you’re welcome in advance.

Hello I just want to compliment Elias on his professionalism he was patient with me & followed up with to make sure I was informed about the latest promotions & best offers by Verizon after my initial interaction with him ..
then he helped me make a decision on any cost saving promos !
He is easy to deal with & makes you feel comfortable in an industry that strives to make pressure sales !
He was transparent about what he could offer as a manger …
Edwin was great to deal with as well as spend hours on the phone with me to process the order after
So I came back to Verizon after being with a different carrier for few years !

Terrible service no one wants to help. Everyone just wants to get rid of you as quickly as possible. Very expensive, expensive communications, insurance, but in fact you can’t use the insurance comfortably.

I initially wanted to switch my provider, so I visited a Verizon store on the Southwest Freeway, where I purchased three lines. Unfortunately, I was given very little information, and my bill ended up being significantly higher than expected. After my purchase, I returned to that location multiple times to resolve the issue, but the manager, Mike (I believe), was dismissive and never took the time to listen or understand my concerns about being overcharged.
Frustrated with my experience at that store and the ongoing billing issues, I decided to visit this location instead. Elias (I sincerely apologize if I got the name wrong) and Yolanda were incredibly patient, taking the time to listen to my concerns and carefully breaking down my bill. They not only clarified the charges but also corrected my bill where necessary. Their professionalism and dedication to customer service truly stood out.
Thanks to their exceptional assistance, I will be returning to this store for future purchases and support. I highly recommend both Eric and Yolanda—they were absolutely wonderful! Thank you both!

I came to Verizon over an urgent issue with my account (which was not a quick fix.) The staff was SUPER nice and they worked hard to make sure the issue I was having was solved (which was a $500 problem). So special thanks to Elias (the store manager), Alex (the assistant manager) and Thelda (I forgot to get her title lol) who provided the best customer service I have received from Verizon.

Very blunt, not very helpful. I paid for one day shipping on my new phone, they said it wouldn’t get here till 6 days out… 2 days after I ordered it. Don’t bother going in here, they said I was out of luck (I am going out of the country tomorrow) and couldn’t cancel the order. Use Verizon support online, they will get what you need done. I am now able to go to the Apple Store and get the phone I need on time. They didn’t seem to care and make it my issue that they messed up. Not what I was looking to get out of VERIZON STORE reps, they need additional training or something..

Store was empty except for 5-6 employees sitting around doing nothing. I placed an online order earlier in the day for locker pickup. After waiting more than three hours for confirmation that it was ready to pick up I just went. I was told it was ready but not showing ready in the system. I had to wait while they put it in a locker, then had to wait for the text from Verizon to pick it up. As usual, worst customer service possible. I usually order online for delivery and this is an example of exactly why. Not sure why they even bother with retail stores.

I went there today because my phone has been overheating. I was greeted upon entrance. Literally all of the 3 staff members were immensely kind and helpful. They provided useful information, they provided me with options for a new phone without feeling pushy, and they seemed very knowledgeable. I'd easily go back for future services. Excellent customer service is so hard to come by nowadays. These guys did a great job and thanks again for the help!
