Ryan located at the River Oaks location is a such wonderful person. He was very helpful when I was having issues with my phone and extremely patience. Just a overall outstanding person.

The service in store is so much better than online/ over the phone. The staff were friendly and attentive and eager to solve issues. Victor was so helpful, too bad Verizon’s customers service sucks and they can’t get billing correct.
