Either their security guard's watch runs early or he was not truthful. The store will close a bit early. Plan ahead even if you are just going to pick up an item real quick. Good luck

Brandon & Heriberto were very helpful in helping us understand the new Pixel 8- appreciate y'all!Update 2 days later on 10/17/23: Ashley was great and efficient with helping me order my new phone and do a trade in! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! :)

This is my experience today. I made a 12 noon appointment online for this store. Was running early (unusual lol) and got there about 11.30am. I opened the Verizon app on the phone like the text messages said, and the app said I was now checked in. About 30 seconds later, two Vz people walked over and asked why I was there. I had a new Apple watch, not bought from them, and I wanted to use the new one, still in the box, to replace the old one on my wrist. Miss Deanna took her tablet and scanned the codes on the box of the new watch and after less than a minute she said "You're good to go. Have a nice day. Any questions?" Uh..that was toooo quick, but she was right. She said just turn off the old one, turn on the new one and hold it near the phone and it would pair and restore and the old cellular plan was already transferred. And you know what happened? She was right! Great job, exceeded my expectations by a lot.

I was almost afraid to come into this store based on every review in the last year being negative, but I cautiously came in. I'm from out of state. It was 30 minutes to closing. I was greeted immediately, and given prompt attention by two associates, Frank and Elias. They were friendly and courteous. I was looking for a specific phone (the s22plus in 256 gb). Currently it's in short supply everywhere. They didn't try to upsell me, they showed one in stock, told me it would be about 10 minutes while they verified it was in the store, and then assisted me with the accessories I needed. This is my first Yelp review, and I felt they deserved it.

The Verizon store in my area recently provided terrible service to my girlfriend. She was told she needed a new router because Verizon's internet had gone out, and when she went out of her way to the store to get one, she was told she needed ID - even though she had her credit card and the verizon app, which the digital support team had assured her would be enough.The support team in-store was incredibly rude and unhelpful, and it was clear that they didn't care about providing good customer service.As a student with an important exam the next day, my girlfriend was incredibly frustrated by this situation. We will be switching to a different internet provider as a result of our poor experience at this Verizon store.I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Horrible customer service. I arrived here today at 9:02am expecting this location to be open as that is what their website states - they are to open at 9am. I understand things happen, so I wait a few minutes. I then proceed to call the 800 number on the door as it is now 9:17am. The operator wasn't able to provide me much information, but was able to provide me with the direct store line phone number which is 713-592-0210. Finally, around 9:30am two Verizon employees come strolling in. I turn my vehicle off and begin to get out along with several others who were waiting only to be told "they aren't open yet". Excuse me? I seek clarification from the two as they were supposed to open 30 mins ago and the male replies sarcastically, "Things happen. You can go to another store." Appalled at his response, I tell him unfortunately I cannot go elsewhere as I have a pickup order at this location. He then proceeds to say, "Ok. We will be open in 30 minutes." I ran a couple errands to return close to 10am. Both of the employees seemed surprised to see me yet again. I finally obtained my pickup order and left after waiting yet again. I definitely recommend visiting a different Verizon location. These workers have no care in the world except themselves.

Service impaired will call it. Had to wait almost 15 minutes to be seen. I can't say that we were helped at all. All they are interested in is sales. If you don't want to spend money don't come in the store. After I was told that all that they could do was sell me something, otherwise call customer service from home. Then we I turned around she laughed...at me I would have to assume because it certainly wasn't with me. I was not laughing because I needed the wifi for a meeting in the morning. Terrible experience at this store. No customer service skills enough said.

Let me start off with,I originally went to the post oak location looking for a quote well I got one and it wasn’t really what I was looking for so I ended up waiting, so glad I did . The following week I went to this location which is actually closer to me and from the moment I walked in even though it was like a hour before they closed I felt like number one. “Walter”ended up being my specialist and he took excellent care of me he got me every deal possible and I got everything I needed and more. I am more than pleased about my visit and purchase, and my experience with Verizon so far has been excellent! Thank you “Walter “!

Would be nice if the store updated hours online rather than a printed note on the door saying they decided to close on a day they're normally open. Calling ahead rarely ever helps to confirm hours since no one ever picks up whether people are there or not, so the only way to tell is to waste time driving over there. Had an order I was supposed to pick up from this location. Could've just shipped it to a different location or myself to avoid the hassle if only the online info was correct.
