Highly recommended! Such an amazing staff! The manager Mo and Tradariyon were so knowledgeable and helpful. They understood what I was needing and made me feel at ease after a horrible experience at another location, where I was ready to leave Verizon after 19 years. I was not rushed nor pressured to get something I didn’t want. They found the best plan and phone to met my family’s needs. They were very respectful and attentive. They turned a tedious errand into a fun experience. Abel also came over to assist and continued the same professional and friendly service you can expect at this location. Definitely worth the drive. I recommend coming to this location even if you have another nearby, I’m so glad I did!

Zoey was extremely helpful when i stopped by last second to get a new SIM card. They notified me of an upgrade for both me and my mother that we didnt even know we had, and we both left with free iphones upgraded! Extremely helpful and friendly

I had a great experience at this Verizon store. Ivonne was so patient and knowledgeable I could not of asked for better service. I recommend anyone going to this store. I was having a really bad day after my phone crashed and Ivonne and the manger Mo did everything possible to help me. Thank you so much.

I had a great experience at this Verizon store, thanks to the excellent customer service from the manager Mo. Mo was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient in addressing all of my questions and concerns. He went above and beyond to ensure that I found the best plan and phone for my needs. His professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction made the whole process smooth and stress free. I highly recommend visiting this store and working with Mo if you're looking for top-notch service!

Thanks Verizon! Brought in my daughters aging gizmo watch that would no longer charge. Charger was bad. One of the managers found one from a trade in and gave it to me for nothing! Made a little girl and her dad quite happy! Thanks again Verizon

Able was absolutely amazing. Thorough and thoughtful, the only store who would print out my last bill. Even though I wasn’t making a purchase. He’s very knowledgeable and kind.

I will give them a 0 if I could. The sales and the store manager are just trying scam you to a sign the contract!! I went this store to open 2 new lines. I was very clear that I just need the basic plan with promotions for the phones. At end the sales closed the deal for me. 1st bill comes out I the deal for phone wasn’t there. After so many phone calls to the consumer service and they could not fixed the problem. I also call the sales who give me the deal and he sent me the screenshot of the deal to ensure me that the deal is there. However my bill doesn’t change and I had to go to the store to try to fix the problem, then they told me that there were never that kind of the deal and refused to do anything! I showed the manager the prove of the sales sent me and he did not care just insisted nothing else could be done!! There’s another tall lady sales even lied about the plan they have given me. I have the 1st bill printed what plan I have!! Be away from these people!!!

I came in for a problem I was having with my service. Before coming to the store I tried online and by phone and nobody could help me and just kept passing me around. I would like to give a big thank you to IVONNE for the excellent customer service. Thank you Ivonne for going above and beyond. She spent 2 hours trying to fix my problem and she did. She also followed up with me afterward. You are the best and thank you to everyone who helped as well. You guys are amazing.

Strange enough... my phone was working like normal before I walked into the Verizon Store. I was in queue so I had a lot of time to do some work stuff on my phone, except that i couldn't. I was connected to my mobile data, so it wasn't a wifi issue. Thats all I know regarding that weirdness. Otherwise, everyone seemd nice.

The worst customer service. Very disappointed with Verizon and this store for not having an easy way to turn in a trade-in phone. I’ve wasted hours of my time simply trying to return my phone.

This is a placeholder review & overdue, too, on the services I received from Skech & Mo in Nov 2023. They even asked me to leave a “good review” on here. Here it is, y’all!

They assisted me on moving from a pre-paid to a post-paid plan for myself & my family & secured my swift business for 3 new phones on a 3-year contract! Wonderful, their job “was done!”
I was SO tired of attempting to communicate to Skech & calling Verizon to be connected to a Store Manager who would barely contact me back about getting my missing credits the 2 associates discussed with me. I STILL remember them telling me “it’ll be ok” & saying that I can leave the store with the 3 new phones after paying $320 up front in fees, and that they’ll “make sure everything is taken care of.”
Fast forward almost 8 months!
I WILL complete this review after coming to a conclusion on my services with Verizon this week.
Currently, my phone has ZERO connection to the network due to poor management at the Verizon “Tech Tier 2 service level” (from putting in a ticket 2x on the same). I cannot even access MyVerizon because I need a pin which is sent to my phone.
And currently, I am in overdue due receipt of credits promised to me by Skech & Mo from my move-over (pre-paid) to post-paid.
