Absolutely the worst service I’ve experienced. The staff convinced me to open a business line but had no idea how to set it up. I waited for over two hours, only to be told to come back later. When I returned, no one was available or willing to help. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time. Very disappointed.

Very poor customer service there’s was 3 employees and I was there for 30 min they never help me I felt discriminated beauxse the were only talking to the white customers even they weren’t buying anything

This location is amazing!! I was having issues with my phone that kept going out of network. I went to two other Verizon locations and they were not very helpful. I am so glad I came to this location! Ivonne and Enzy are the best! They resolved my problem, and made sure I got the best offers available to me. I really could not recommend this location more. I am not one to ever leave reviews for businesses unless I am impressed. Everyone here is extremely helpful and they deserve the recognition. Thank you, Ivonne and Enzy!! I will always come to this location from here on out.

I have been a loyal Verizon customer for 18 years. This week, I went to pick up my new phone at the store near my home. The employee was kind, but the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. I left feeling very upset and went to another store to complete my purchase.
A manager’s job is to take care of customers and represent the company well, but this manager did the opposite. He is hurting Verizon’s reputation, and I believe keeping him in this position is a mistake!!!

Went in today with a very specific and frustrating problem trying to port my phones back to Verizon. Failed attempt to try and switch to AT&T which lasted a day. No one was able to help me or turned me away. Customer support, tech support, sales etc. Another Verizon location didn’t even attempt to hear me out or remedy the situation directing me back to customer support, after customer support told me to go to a Verizon location.
I was there for 2 hours today while 2 staff members tried everything they could to help resolve my concern. Countless attempts with failure. Multiple routes to remedy the problem and never gave up. They really took the time to make sure I was ok and never looked annoyed or frustrated in the process. I took 2 hours of their time and in return they were able to get me sorted out. Extremely grateful to have had their help. I never once got the vibe I was being a burden with my problem. I wish I would have asked their names so I could thank them again.

Not helpful and with attitude rep Quinn didn’t help a business account in a time of emergency. We have been with Verizon for years and I told him that I would be moving business but he didn’t care. Horrible horrible not caring attitude. There was another rep who tried to help but he was busy with a customer and a third rep who was listening but he rather looked at his phone instead of helping. I believe when the line isn’t working and you need help you expect the reps to help. Manager needs to take immediate action on his team.

Getting a new phone always takes forever, but it was way more enjoyable with the nice people at this Verizon. Ivonne was especially warm, kind and so helpful.

We came to this location to upgrade our phones, and we had an excellent experience thanks to Enzy. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and efficient throughout the entire process. His customer service was outstanding—truly one of the best!

Don't bother. The reps are nice, they sign you with a plan and tell you to give them a call after 1 year to continue your discounted rates. After one year, the store tells you to call corporate and corporate has their hands tied. Liers. They're all just salepeople
Edited 4/25/25: I submitted the form you sent but have heard nothing and am still being charged an outrage amount that I never agreed on! Any true assistance would help.
