I patiently waited for the general manager to contact me & she never did after 3 calls . I was refused the information for the next person in charge . In business you have to stand by your products you offering & this company does not . They will mislead you then waste you time . I was forced to get out my character because I was lied to by an associate. I regret trading in my phones with this company . Now I supposedly have a new phone & it’s been giving me issues since Christmas . The phone literally feels like it’s about to explode . GOD forbids it does but I will have proof I brought to their attention. You’re just a commission check to these people the integrity is definitely not there . I been with Verizon over 6 years but after the awful experience with this location i’m considering exiting .

Tradairyon was amazing. He helped me with a new phone and watch and was very knowledgeable and personable. The manager was wonderful too but I didn’t catch her name. I sent Chick Fil A as a thank you and hope they got it!

We came into the town and country store to update my phone and get a new case. Mo and Abel helped get me the best plane and trade in value for us and we’re the nicest guys! I would highly recommend this location based on customer service! Thank you both for your professionalism and help today! We will only be going to this location from now on!

I'm giving 5 stars SPECIFICALLY for this Verizon location for Mo and his staff of experts. This location needs to be and if not a training location for Verizon store locations under Mo's supervision as a store Manager. Strings of frustrating events happened and prompted me to visit a store in person because again speaking to representatives over the phone was NOT solving my issues. This is how I met Mo. I explained my FRUSTRATING experience and Mo, immediately used his POWER to solve my aggravating situation, I WASNT USING THEIR SERVICE but still being billed. Mo immediately got on the phone and went into action, while he didn't need any help I was still being in my masculine energy voicing my aggression. He gently and professionally told me he had everything under control and for me to relax. Within minutes a situation that had me pissed off had me smiling out the door. Until...A few weeks later, I started receiving emails for failure to pay the bill and for not returning the equipment. On several occasions I attempted to contact a representative and each of those times NO ONE could find my account in the system under none of my identifying information. I would ask to speak to a supervisor, either I was disconnected on, put on terminal hold or had to repeat my situation only than would they transfer me to a supervisor AND AGAIN repeat my situation with no success in finding my account either. After the $30 bill turned into over $150 bill WITHOUT disconnection and a bald spot of loss hair, I went back to see my friend Mo. Oh, I forgot to mention by now I could no longer reach a representative because their phone system WOULD NOT allow me to speak to ANYONE without paying the bill FIRST. Blessed as I am, Mo was at the store on my first attempt AND he was training a young gentleman that assisted me in my VERY FRUSTRATING situation. My Angel Mo remembered my situation, the system identified my return of the equipment (+ I had my copy of the return) It took about 30 minutes to once and for all settle my dispute and it's been about 2 weeks for the system to catch up and stop sending me bills. 5 star review for Mo and his Team but a HAIL NO FOR EVER DOING BUSINESS with Verizon! Kiss my grits Verizon!

Honest review. Although Verizon’s service wasn’t a fit for me. I really appreciate the care and time that was given to me by the staff at this location. A gentleman named Mo took personal responsibility in making sure that I received the best care possible.

Many young men working at this location but none was being helpful, only cared about making sales but not having their clients' best interest in mind!Having loved Verizon for years for its reliable connectivity data and phone service plus very professional agents over the phone too, but not enjoyed the attitude and lack of service at this location. Will have to go to the much busier location by I-10 again!

Went and spoke to the manager about an order that was supposed to be ready the day prior. The manger turned me away saying that my order was pending manger approval. As the manager, she could have approved it and sent me on my way but decided to be difficult.

Zack, the employee who "helped" my wife today when she went in to pick up a new phone that we ordered the night before, was rude and not helpful in the least. Not only did he NOT help her get the phone set up, he charged her an extra $30 for doing absolutely nothing. She ended up having to go to the Apple store in the mall to get the phone set up. We will never visit this store again...have been with Verizon for 15+ years and I am strongly considering cancelling all 4 of our lines with them over this. Completely unacceptable.

Verizon doesn't care or is interested in bad reviews. They send you a link for the customer surface, then they never get back with you. They just want you to think they are doing something about their bad surface and their poor employee behaviorI purchased a Flip-4 phone, a business line and Wifi. After 3 months the phone died. I went to this store and instead of providing me with a new phone, they ordered me one overnight.After 3 days the phone never arrived costing me thousands of dollars in sales. I went back to the store. I spoke to Mo who said he was the Manager. Mo said there was nothing he could do because there was a pending order. I asked if he could call Verizon directly so I could talk to customer service.He said NO, that I need to call them myself. I asked him again if he would call because all I had was my broken phone. He then told me to leave the store. It is clear to me that Verizon is not equipped to handle businesses.They would rather have you lose business than to provide customer satisfaction.As far as Mo, He should be reprimanded and not deal with customer complaints until he has updated training. He acted unprofessional as a manager. I have over 25 years experience in retail business and have never seen anyone treat a customer like this.UPDATE * UPDATE * UPDATEWell, I finally received my new phone after 6 days of waiting and losing calls for my business. I am having trouble activating it.I decided to do the right thing and go to another store, so I wouldn't have to deal with Mo. I went to the 600 Sam Houston Pkwy store. When I pulled up to the store, to my surprise there was Mo at the door.He refused to let me in to work with another salesperson. He actually told the police officer at the door to tell me to leave.Mo had so many opportunities to do the right thing, but he has failed miserably. He has turned this horrible experience at Verizon into a personal vendetta. I just cannot believe that Verizon would be condoning this terrible behavior.I have two retail business locations within 5 miles of this store.I will do everything in my power to tell my customers and employees not to deal with either of these stores.

Went there and waited an hour before anyone waited on me. Mo was sitting there laughing at something on the computer with a co-worker and helping no one. I walked out with no help at all. I went to the store in Cypress where Keith helped me. I will never go to this store again, even though it is down the street from my house. Mo was unprofessional and rude.

Went to pay bill. Kiosk was not working correctly. Had to get staff to assist. Found out on more recent visit, this store does not accept checks for paying the bill.
