I was told my order was ready for pickup, but when I went to pick it up I was denied because they were closed even though it was 6:55 pm. I'd understand if I was buying a phone that can take some time, but this was a simple pickup order. Also the cop there is needlessly rude for no reason, put his hands on me trying to move me just because I was waiting for my Uber to pick me up.

5 days to change providers and activate my account!!!. No phone service for 5 days!!!$350 to activate 2 lines!!! Wait, what activation? It's been 5 days, and I still have no service. I visited 3 corporate offices, called customer service several times, and no one has a clue about what to do. Very disappointing from the "PREMIER MOBILE PROVIDER" in the US. I wish someone from their management would see this review and contact me to resolve this issue. I would not recommend this provider to anyone, and I am planning to switch to another one as soon as possible.

For those of you googling, THIS IS A CORPORATE STORE! This is where you need to go if you actually want a good deal on your phone or to not be charged stupid fees to deal with your account. All the others that are "authorized retailers" that will find a way to nickel and dime you. That store next to your house? The booth at the mall? DO NOT DO IT AND GO TO THIS ONE!Young lady who helped me trade in my phone today was fast and efficient, thank you!

This store is scammers, I bought an Apple Watch and they changed the color from white to pink (inside the store) and by mistake of the manager they bought me two watches. I received one and I went to the store twice and spoke to customer service and I'm still paying for two watches and two lines. They do not solve or respect the client.The store is 17903 sh-249s houston tx 77070.

Lucy was the associate that took care of my wireless needs. She’s awesome! This store isn’t close to my home, but my experience has always been positive compared to other one by West Road and Beltway 8. I highly recommend them!

I went here to inquire about Verizon prepaid cell phone plans. I was greeted promptly by the rep inside and he answered ally question.There was a disgruntled customer in the store and the guy for Verizon handled the situation very professionally.
