Lucy was the associate that took care of my wireless needs. She’s awesome! This store isn’t close to my home, but my experience has always been positive compared to other one by West Road and Beltway 8. I highly recommend them!

I went here to inquire about Verizon prepaid cell phone plans. I was greeted promptly by the rep inside and he answered ally question.There was a disgruntled customer in the store and the guy for Verizon handled the situation very professionally.

This location by far has the best Verizon reps I have ever experienced. We were there for 3 hours (due to T-Mobile) hence why my girlfriend left T-Mobile and switched to Verizon. Best decision she made.
