  Totally disappointed, my brother put internet service in his house. The salesman who went to the house told us that the first month was free and the second month was the one that was falsely charged. They charged us for both months. We called to give him a solution, which is what They didn't do it. Finally, the third month arrived and when we went to pay the agreed monthly amount, they once again charged us an exuberant amount full of gigantic charges, a total disappointment and I'm sure they will now respond to me, apologizing for me to stop by their offices, no thanks, you only know how to look for the way to steal money is not worth your interest

  Do not come to this location they will steal from their customers, i wanted to return my new equipment and get my old equipment back but they said that it’s a trade and there is nothing they can do because they shipped my old equipment to the wharehouse and they said I had 30 days to return but apparently when I signed the documents it was a final deal.

  Came by to trade 1 cell and walked out with 4 upgrades Lol. We went to Best Buy first but didn't have any good offers. Alittle sad because they were our go to for cell upgrades. But realized going straight to Verizon was the best move. I guess this is good bye for now for Best Buy, just for cell upgrades ;).

  Kenny and Mario are very good clerks, they serve the customer very well and they try to ensure that the customer leaves satisfied. For me, they are the best, I give them a 100, that's why I always go to that store, it's one of the best in Houston, TX, I recommend it.

  Very well service, with a warm welcome from the whole staff. I want to mention Julian, my sales rep, was very outstanding an helpful. I definitely recommend Julian when visiting this Verizon wireless store. A 10/10 experience.
