vFiT Gym 24/7 is a fitness gym in the heart of the Houston Galleria area, open 24/7 for members. It is described as an amazing, safe, affordable, and clean gym with an uplifting atmosphere that feels like home. The facility is a full functional gym with a variety of free weights, cable machines, squat rigs, a large turf area, and all the needed equipment. It is rarely busy and well-organized. The environment is friendly and welcoming, with a supportive community that makes it feel like a fitness family and a hidden gem. The trainers offer challenging small group classes and magnificent personal training. The overall setting is pretty private and safe.
Decent gym with 24/7 access, gets little crowded in after-work hours but mostly fine.
But, the place feels congested because of lot of equipment in relatively small floor area, and 45$/month is Lil high as well for a gym with no bath or steam facilities.
