“I stopped by The B12 Store in the Galleria Mall on a Friday evening after finishing a massage nearby, down on the lower level close to the ice skating rink. The Galleria during the holiday season is always an experience in itself. Families walking together, couples shopping, kids excited, people wrapping up last minute Christmas plans. There is a certain energy in the air that feels alive and communal.
After my massage, something told me to walk through the mall a bit and enjoy the environment. That is when I decided to stop by The B12 Store. I had not been there in a while, but I have known some of the staff for a few years now. Reconnecting after some time away felt natural and grounding.
I ran into Chelsea, who is a nurse there, and although I momentarily forgot her name, she met me with complete grace. She gently reminded me without making me feel awkward or uncomfortable. That moment alone spoke volumes about her character. Her energy fits the space perfectly. She is warm, calm, and clearly knowledgeable about the services they provide.
Chelsea took the time to educate me on what the body actually needs, helping me tune into myself rather than just selling a product. She explained the different options clearly, from immunity boosters to glow boosters with ingredients like glutathione, vitamin C, and biotin. She walked me through how the packages are structured and why they are designed that way, making it easy to explore what aligns best with your body and energy levels.
What I truly appreciate about The B12 Store is how they reframe wellness. Instead of relying solely on pills or guessing what might work, they offer injections like B12, NAD plus, and arginine that allow the body to absorb nutrients more effectively. Chelsea explained how injections bypass the limitations of digestion and provide direct support to the body, which made everything click for me. That level of education and transparency matters when it comes to health.
The B12 Store feels intentional, thoughtful, and aligned with real wellness. I am genuinely looking forward to officially joining their community soon. “Just got home from a wonderful experience at WNC. Over 12 years ago I would come here regularly. It was always good but not as good as it was today. Robert greeted me right when I walked in and asked if I knew what was looking for. I responded with a preworkout, hydration and anything else that catches my eye. He immediately started asking more questions as to identity my preference. He gave me the tour, made suggestions based on my responses, and educated me on everything I picked out. All of which were new to me. The selection was amazing and all of good quality. This isn’t a GNC or Vitamin Shop store. If you’re new or old (like me) to supplements I promise you’ll be impressed with WNC as well as Robert. Prices were very good too. Oh and if you like or want to add Protien bars to your daily regimen this is DEFINITELY the place. The biggest selection I’ve ever seen and for all different needs. It’s not the most convenient for me living in Richmond but definitely worth the drive. With over 25 years of training and using supplements believe me when I say you owe it to yourself to check out WNC.

He was very informative about the product I was looking for (NONI JUICE) and not only had it in stock but it was on sale and I received excellent customer service from him, which is rare nowadays!
