Pharmacy review: Worst service I’ve ever experienced; prescriptions take forever and the staff is actually pretty rude; will definitely update my preferred pharmacy

Walgreens has lost my business for good. Entirely too long to simply pick up a prescription at the Boerne Tx location. So far, 45 minutes. RIDICULOUS!!! People are getting out of their cars screaming. I’m nervous. Next prescription I need filled locally will be at Rock Pharmacy.

Terrible service at the pharmacy. They said they are out of medication but they never called me to let me know. When I asked to call another walgreens the pharmacist said that he will do it when he gets time. Meanwhile I have a sick child waiting. The pharmacist shows no urgency or care.
