Worst Walgreens location. Closed when they shouldn't be, rude, incompetent pharmacists. I'm going to mail order prescriptions. Walgreens is going downhill.

People working here are extremely unhelpful, slow and a kind of dumb! This pharmacy is the closest to us, but because of their attitude, my wife and I changed our pharmacy to a pharmacy further away from our home.

Went to this location to update some vaccines. Making the appointment online was super easy. I recommend filling out the necessary paperwork online when making the appointment so when you check-in at the pharmacy they only need your license and maybe your insurance card. The wait wasn't long. There were two appointments ahead of me but from check-in to the time I was serviced was no more than 15 minutes.

Extremely understaffed pharmacy. Chronically slow. For example, this week I went there on Friday. Waited in the drive-thru. Got to the window. Waited additional 5 minutes and no one responded, so understanding I left and came back the next day. It was an identical repeat. I came back to third day waited in line, waited an additional 5 minutes at the window, then I pressed the call button. I was told \\\"wait a moment.\\\" And then I waited an additional 5 minutes at the window. Tell me possible explanation. They're just understaffed. This is not the first time over the course of several years. They have always been late close without warning early due to \\\"staffing\\\". You would be better served at a different pharmacy probably until they can resolve this issue.

Went to buy a knee brace here. The first one didn’t fit me so I went back in for an exchange. The girl that did my transaction never gave me a receipt, & for whatever reason they couldn’t pull up the receipt with my phone number. They had to give me store credit all because I wasn’t given a receipt. Had to go back in again because the one that I exchanged didn’t fit me either & ended up returning it. They couldn’t give me cash & I ended up waisting my money because everything had to be store credit because I was never given a receipt with my first purchase. ?

I go to pick up my meds, a day or more after I let them know that I want to renew my prescription. They say, do you want to wait 15 minutes, or pick them up later. I say later. TWO DAYS later I go to pick them up. They are STILL NOT READY for pickup yet! Not only that, they can't find the prescription, till after I tell them what the drug-name is! And of course, if you want to CALL them ahead of time, to see if your med is ready for pickup, get ready to work through a long, complicated menu, and good luck getting your answer on any kind of speedy basis! ... Basically, they either have lackadaisical employees here, or not enough employees. If you go here, prepare yourself to have to hand-hold these folks to get what you need. If you're not there waiting while they prep it for you, they will NOT prepare it reliably, on a timely basis!

I've visited this location today and never felt so embarrassed or singled out by the racist manager Mauricio. I was purchasing baby wipes & a tobacco product and he initially refused to sell it to me because my drivers license didn't "look like me and I looked way younger". He was questioning my Very clear Drivers License until I asked him if he was racist & that made other customers in line aware of my transaction. My two children were in the toy aisle and made their way to the counter and I guess that made him proceed with my transaction. A racist who lacks customer service shouldn't be frontline for this company. He needs to be in the stockroom away from customer interaction.

WG in general have bad service for many years, but this location takes the cake. I was in a long drive-thru line, waiting my turn for the pharmacy. When I pulled up to the window, a nice girl took my info, including name and birthday, and said it would be awhile to fill the prescription. No problem, I sat and was ready to entertain myself knowing it's a holiday and they are very busy. 15 minutes later another lady comes the window to apologize and says we are closing NOW. I said, fine, I'm the last customer you take, but y'all took my order and I've been waiting patiently. I would understand if they told me that when I first rolled up. I wouldn't be happy, but I'd understand. But in mid-order, after a 15 minute wait at the window ( after a 30 minute wait in line ), they roll down the window blinds and shut down a customer/patient in the middle of an order? That's b******** F*** Walgreens. I will tell that to everyone, and I am a prescription writer. WG has a long history of lying to patients, telling you a brand name medicine isn't covered when they really want to force a generic on you, or being too lazy to check if your manufacturers coupon is valid. They make more money when they sell a generic, rather than giving you a brand name Medicine that your doctor actually ordered. HEB, Kroger, CVS, anyone else has far better customer service.

Another Walgreens stop while I was out working. This store had an exceptionally clean bathroom, and the checkout was friendly and quick. I did not stop by pharmacy.
