If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service very unhelpful staff. Stay away from this pharmacy

I am changing to HEB pharmacy I have given them lots of chances here at Walgreens. One girl in particularly is rude, talks on the phone while checking you out and cannot answer questions as she is distracted or couldn’t care less.

I waited in the drive up window lane and sat for 45 minutes waiting for one prescription. After I drove away I noticed 7 other cars waiting behind me. This is unsatisfactory. Your priority should be to the customer. Also, employees should not be allowed to use their phone at any point while helping a customer.
