Very disappointing. I just visited to get some more information that I could not find online about some classes. I politely tried to ask about the program I was interested in and was responded to in an extremely rude and dismissive way by front desk staff.

Zeeba was very helpful to me when I started using eGYM at the Y. Patiently she went from machine to machine with me, setting each one to fit my size and abilities. She explained how to use each to achieve the desired gains. A great help!
