Worst wait time during lunch hours. They know they were closed for a holiday and didn't plan accordingly to staff or schedule their lunches before the lunch crowd that could not come on a bank Holiday. Only 2 tellers working and I've been here 30 minutes and still waiting.

Never have employees. Always bad customer service. This bank is always taking FOREVER- it’s the only in this area. They should step up their game.
