Tellers slow and not proficient. I made a business deposit for payroll. After transaction I verified that the funds will be available next day, teller and supervisor stated yes. Funds not available.

I arrived 5 minutes late and the banker did not want to attend me for that reason, they do not take into account any delay that the losses may have with traffic or an accident??

I hate coming to the drive up especially when they take forever. I usually wait for hours here but in the one in rankin it’s fast and easy. Looks like people are lazy and don’t like picking up the pace.

Very professional and courteous staff. Well spoken in multiple languages and very knowledgeable. I recommend stopping if you need banking assistance, Christina Rodriguez was very helpful and so was the manager at the door.

i have my branch i go to my mistake was to come to this one and deposit money worst mistake deposit didnt go thru and wen i called branch no one answer but am hoping to get my money back cause if not i have people from news i will put this bank on blast worst branch ever

If you want to spend more than 2 hours to deposit your money come to this location !!! Unacceptable they should have more employees or work better in their service to have their customers happy .

At this wells fargo branch, there are long lines but that's because the great service they give to the people. They do offer water and candy and always attentive to the customers needs. Thank you Wells Fargo representative for everything you do to help your clients and keep up the good work.

Every time I enter this location I have to wait an hour to speak with anybody absolutely unacceptable. This is not one two three times it is every time I enter. Today I was told I would have to wait an hour for me to get a temporary card that takes all of three minutes for a banker to activate. Why would I have to wait for others who want to open an account etc. On top of that you have a employee standing and walking around with a tablet "signing" people in. Why? A piece of paper and a pen does the same job you sign your name and reason for visit and the banker can see who is next. Allocate your resources better. I love Wells Fargo but I HATE this location.

I got a say they really work hard on their customer service, they have always greeted me every time I have come into the bank itself, also for any paperwork, question or concern I have, the tellers or the agents are very nice in answering everything for me. My only two recommendations it’s for the person they have with the tablet helping the people that are coming in, that person should be bilingual since the demographic in this area there’s a lot of people that speak Spanish, I was at the Branch the other day and this lady kept making faces to an Hispanic Wells Fargo Customer just because she didn’t speak English, I really encourage the person helping everybody should be bilingual. And the second thing it would be the tellers availability, most of the people get out from lunch from 12pm-3pm, so we do take that hour lunch to do things like this, anything from a money transfer, cashier’s check or any other Bank Paperwork, but all the times I have went around this time there’s a big line and there is 1 or 2 Bank Tellers.
