In October 2024 eye opening account with Wells Fargo Bank on tidwell and 59 in Houston Texas with a substantial amount and every month I have a substantial automatic deposits in this bank and all my banking transactions is done at the bank inside or ATM. I've never used my debit card outside of the bank nor have I ever used cash out or any of those types of agencies. The bank knowing how I use my account allowed someone to do 20 cash apps on my account and they only paid me $140 of it back they did not pay off the cash out so now I'm in debt with them on somebody else's account. In January I spent the whole month in the hospital with open heart surgery someone got into my account and took over $600 out, luckily the bank gave that back, on May 1st to May 5th someone took $898. 00 out of my bank using my debit card number, a card I never got. Those who got into my bank used Uber, DoorDash, game room and hamburger places for 3 to $12 each something I've never done and they went to ATM at that bank with my card on their phone and this continued until 898 was taken out. This bank's investigation claims I used it and this is a lie. They're claims department denied my claim twice so I lost the money because these rotten people with this bank didn't want to pay back Even though they knew that it was not my normal way of using the bank. The bank already had it in their computer from three phone calls and in-person conversation to never accept or pay checks or using my debit card by anyone without my presently telling them I approve or they call me first with personal questions, set up or even I could not use my card unless I called them first, however they allowed people in there to do what they want to in my card number against security of in-person and phone request to secure my account therefore the bank was in violation the Fidelity and security of a client so I lost. Which continuous and long-term automatic deposit the same amount every month military pay, this bank refused after 8 months of this bank to even allow me a $200 loan so I can even eat through the week so I was required to overdraft and which is $35 for the old draft they get the money back then the month $35 is more than bank interest so they make money behind it. Note that also recently the same thing happened to another man and quite a bit more was taken out of his account and the bank refused to make it good. This man had a heart attack and died the next day behind that so you people read all these things that's about this bank from me and many other people, you will never have the right to complain when the bank screws you over now that you know how the bank handlers are customers. The bank is also in trouble with a lot of people and on the verge of folding because of mismanagement. This bank is in violation and opens the door for fraud and theft of your user debit card by ordering and mailing your card through mail and it takes always 14 days for me to get it. Between the mail out of the card and the day you get it opens the door for theft everywhere I never even got my last card that was mailed to me but somebody got it the information put it on her phone and stole from me. The Wells Fargo Bank on tidwell and 59 in Houston Texas will not secure your finances will not secure your request in handling your account, will not take the time to discuss any problems or any request you may have about your account so therefore you're safer giving all your finances to your neighbor to hold for you rather than the bank and they are not set up with FDIC. So is this where you want to make your deposit is this where you want to chance losing your money, look up maps find my address it's safer for all you people out there hand me your money and come to me for what you need I'm just a street individual and whether I run off of your money or whether I do right is it still safer and my open house that it is in Wells Fargo Bank. It's all your choice what you read this and you continue that bank or you deposit

They are the SLOWEST location!!!!!! You will be the second person in the drive threw line and take an hour before you complete your transaction!!

First and foremost, I would like to say when you walk in you will be asked if you have an appointment by a very nice officer. Next, a representative will help gather information and tell you about how long until you get seen. I had a great experience with Nancy Martinez. She was an absolute gem! I had a pleasure speaking with her. In addition, she had great communication and gave me insight on the different accounts, granted I already have an account she informed me of other options as well. I would like to thank you Nancy for your hard work and dedication to your job. It’s this type of customer service which makes a difference in a company. Thank you and have a blessed day!

The last time I visited this location. There was only one banker, and I spent over one hour waiting in line. Unless you have no other choice, don't use this branch.

Very slow, disappointing wells Fargo So many people walking around, but yet only two tellers I had to cash a Check I would never get an account with them Very rude!!!!! Pack a lunch if you come to this Wells Fargo!!!!

It was my favorite bank but today this is bullshit, the large lines of people and senior citizens queuing for an hour to be served and inside a lot of employees who just walk from one side to the other

No public restroom. It's a banking institution with lobby and all but NO public restroom. That is not only an inconvenience to their customers but it makes this place ratchet.

Worst wellsfargo ever. Its so shameful. No wonder people say this chain is worthless. You think its just today that the machines dont work and there is a line?? Well no.
It’s been like this for years and they are always off at night. Why? This bank is trash, Absolutely garbage At any time of the day. I can only imagine how frustrating it would be for this one to be the closest one to my house. I had enough time waiting for the ATM that I was able to write a detailed review of how bad this bank is.

This Wells Fargo only allow you to use their ATM during business hours. I’m not sure why but this is seen like some discrimination due to the area.

If they took any longer we be on 1852 why is it all the Wells Fargo have staffing issues? And they closed the commercial lanes since last year with nowhere in sight that they will reopen or work on them anytime soon.

I came to open the account for my 16-year-old son and they did not want to open it because I am of Cuban nationality... having had an account with them for more than 10 years and being a citizen of this country... now it turns out that Wells Fargo decided not to open accounts to Cubans!!
