Drive thru staffs at this location are great, personal bankers are the worst. They don’t seem to care that you wait and how long you wait. We have been banking with Wells Fargo for a long time with personal and business accounts. Came there today for a notary. The office was not even busy. After 20 mins waiting, a personal banker greeted us with a cold face, asked us wait then took off. We waited for a while and decided to go to Region Bank across the street and got help in 2 minutes with the most welcoming smile. Improvement is absolutely needed!!!

I visited this Wells Fargo 9
On may 27, and was assisted by Nelda. I provided the correct account number for a payment, but she entered it incorrectly and never confirmed the number with me, which resulted in the payment being processed incorrectly.
Now I’m dealing with stress, phone calls, and delays over a mistake that was not mine. It’s very concerning that such important information isn’t double-checked with the customer before submitting a transaction. This experience has made me lose confidence in the reliability of the branch staff.

This is the worst wells fargo branch in Houston. They will make you wait an hour just to tell you if I don’t have an appointment I will have to wait. Wells fargo just lost a 10 year customer. What a waste of time

Very bad service! I came to my appointment 10 minutes earlier for notary. It was not busy but they let me waiting until exactly my appointment time then a lady came to me asking what kind of document I need notarized. I saw this lady around while I was waiting. My answer was a consent and a passport need notarized. Then she said she was not allowed to notarize that kind of document. I wish they mentioned what kind of notary by the time I have made appointment (Notary is one of services for customers ) or she should have approached me sooner instead of kept me waiting for exactly the appointment time to refuse my reason of appointment.

Terrible service! Coming to in the raining day, So a little bit hurry, I want to withdraw money but I was forgot my debit card, so I Show them My ID but they said I can't do anything Without my debit Card? that so weird.
I never complain any Banks but I have to do with this bank services so bad. I will change to the other banks

Worst experience ever , I don’t know what happened to Wells Fargo but they have surely step their customer service completely down . I had appointment at 4pm today, walked in to an empty lobby nobody greet me or checked me in, after waiting for 30 minute a banker finally came to me and right away instead of greeting proceeded to tell me that her system was running slow so it was gonna be a while , the. She asked if I had an appointment and I said yes and gave her my name . She then told me she didn’t have my name is her system for an appointment turns out I had made it at the other Wells Fargo down the street , instead of still assisting me since there was no one in the lobby she told me I had to go to the other Wells Fargo where I made my appointment. So rude and not helpful at all . I will be closing all of my accounts here .

Me and my business partner came to this location trying to open a business account. They don’t have no one to approach you at the entrance as other banks do. They told us to scan a bar code and sign into waiting list which we did. After waiting in the car for 30 min with my partners 7 month old baby we decided to go inside. After 10 more min we were finally called in just to be told that a business account will take an hr and they were all booked for the day.I asked to speak to the manager (Usha Chilkepally) she was rude and kept on asking “what do you want me to do then” we weren’t getting no where with her so we just left. Worse customer service!!!

This place has had the same problem for years, the cashiers, if they can't provide the service, remove them, don't go and say that you don't know anything, everyone sees this.

It doesn't work, it's the worst Wells Fargo branch, the ATMs never serve, making you drive for pleasure thinking that they are working, the ATMs have been bad for more than 6 months since I saw

UPDATE #3 - December 19th - Well Well, looks like they fixed the ATM's at this location, but now the Wells Fargo Drive thru ATM on AFM 1464 @ Bellaire does not work (12/20/2023) either use this WF ATM location or the Westpark @ HWY 6 location)UPDATE: December 9th 2023 ATM's still out of order..As of December 2nd 2023 both ATM's don't work (Out of order).. come here only if you need to go inside during business hours.. just go the the WF ATM on HWY 6 @ Westpark or Bellaire @ 1464 ATM until further notice...
