Showed up at 5:01 because I needed a cashiers check for closing loan and they had just let someone in, they were waiting at the door to let them out and tell me tough luck we’re closed. I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo for 25 years and they can take a couple minutes to assist a customer. Very poor customer service.

They personal bankers provide no support! Only tell you they cant help and have no solutions other than for you to call in.

Despite being told that they would open an account with the SIM card receipt, they did not do so. The manager and staff did not help at all, but rather created problems.
