This is one of the WORST companies I have ever worked with! They do not respond to emails. You can never get them on the phone. And they add crazy fees to your bill and you can't reason with them!

Beautiful building, it has so many of the amenities desired (before, during, and after work). Secure access, Great location -- walkable from the hotel.

30+ minutes on hold just to cancel my service. Save yourself the trouble and sign up with a different company for trash pickup. If you're reading this then I'm probably still waiting to speak to living customer service rep.
