If you switch from ATT to Xfinity, the sales people on staff at this location may not disclose that activating a residential line will cost you $100. And there are other significant fees that they won’t disclose in advance. Ask them when they give you a quote: does it include all fees?

Went to Xfinity to return some equipment I wasn’t using. Went home and found out my service was off. I also had to pay an extra $25 to reconnect the service. I did not ask for them to cut off my Xfinity service. I just wanted to return equipment I wasn’t using.
