Sat at home a full day waiting but it seems my freight never even made it to a "terminal".An appointment was already set for today because an employee had already reached out to us to set one. The information online reflects this appointment.

A complete disaster. The people in charge of this terminal have no customer service idea starting with Veronica Pena, I sent her 3 emails, never responds, ships the freight to the wrong address, I called and they hung up on me. What can I say, pro number 729565443
