“As of 2/6/26 the facility is still under construction and probably will be for a while. Looks like it will be a nice terminal once it’s complete. The little shack next to the entrance has 2 bathrooms available but no showers. Plenty of parking.”

Friday's delivery:
Horrid process. Delivering a gun safe to my apartments. Got the call from the driver si I called concierge to have them sign for it. Driver stated he waited for 20 min which cant be the case. There is a full staff including concierge, leasing staff, GM and assistant GM down there ready to help. Sounds like the driver was too lazy to bring it to the lobby. Instead of calling me back, they just left. I'd never use this company if I didnt HAVE to but I had no choice. Now gotta try again Monday when im working again. Id give 0 stars if I could.”

“Sao Mai services have been my trusted shipping service for 6+ years now. I am back and forth between Saigon and Houston. Anytime I need to ship something to Vietnam from Houston, I ONLY use Sao Mai. They offer a fair price per pound, they are friendly and welcoming, they weigh, pack, and then ship items.
I have also been on the receiving side, and when the packages arrive in Vietnam they are picked up and delivered right to my front door. The turnaround time is usually between 10-14 days.
They do offer other services like booking airplane tickets and visas. I haven't used them for those services but I can 10000% vouch for their shipping and they are A+ in my book!”
