“American Plant Food P/U. GPS location not right. Keep going down Industrial Rd. Gate 5 is on the right. Check in with security. Proceed right to scale 1. Scale house guy will give you directions and paperwork. Follow driveway and take a Right at T and then Left at stop sign. Warehouse 6 S. Check in for dock assignment. Take paperwork back to scale 1. (Go straight at stop sign, not Right), then Right at Scale 3 and right again. ) Have to drive all the way around the loop again to leave out Gate 5. Staff was nice. Fast load. Did not like the process/driving around in circles.”

The security lady was nice enough to walk me exactly where I needed to go to pickup my shipment, they checked me in quickly, and a guy went out to get my pallet within a minute. I think it took me longer to strap everything down than to wait for my order. Awesome experience, many thanks!”
