Here is your answer!1. Fresh tortillas and tortilla chips made all day long in the store.2. Bread baked right there in the bakery and sliced to order - Not shipped in frozen and thawed out on the shelf like Walmart.3. The best selection of wines and cheeses outside of a specialty store.4. Clerks who are always friendly and ready to answer questions! This kind of customer service is a lost art form. Thanks HEB!5. Great selection of party trays from bakery and/or deli.6. and finally (something our transplant from CA hasn't had time to appreciate possibly: local specialties from small business vendors that are FAR superior to National Chain Store options.Give them a chance you'll see why Texans just LOVE their HEB.”

“I always go to this Walmart. They are always in stock. Most of the employees I have encountered are nice and helpful. However, the order fillers seem to be racing to fill their baskets and have no regard to the customers in the store and their safety.”
