“So, I just have to give a huge shout-out to Bearcat Pack and Ship. I’m all the way on the East Coast, and these folks are in Texas. I bought something off Facebook Marketplace, and trying to get it shipped through the big-name shipping companies was turning into a nightmare, ridiculous costs and a lot of hassle.
Enter Bearcat Pack and Ship. They let me have the item dropped off at their store, and from there, they were just on top of everything. They were super communicative, constantly on the phone, asked all the right questions, gave informative answers, and really went the extra mile to help me find a cost-effective way to get my stuff shipped. They weighed it, measured it, handled the packing, and basically made the whole process feel like I had a family member helping me out, despite the fact that I’ve never even met them in person. They turned a super frustrating situation into something memorable and honestly kind of heartwarming.
I wish I could give them 100 stars because five just doesn’t seem like enough. If you need people who will treat you right and go the distance for you, this is the spot. They’ll take care of you.”
