“The employees in this store are incredible. Kind, professional, patient, yet quick service every time I go in. They've saved the day for me several times- complicated prints of weird sizes, figured out how to ship odd shaped items ... They work so hard and really care about the customers.”

“So, I just have to give a huge shout-out to Bearcat Pack and Ship. I’m all the way on the East Coast, and these folks are in Texas. I bought something off Facebook Marketplace, and trying to get it shipped through the big-name shipping companies was turning into a nightmare, ridiculous costs and a lot of hassle. Enter Bearcat Pack and Ship. They let me have the item dropped off at their store, and from there, they were just on top of everything. They were super communicative, constantly on the phone, asked all the right questions, gave informative answers, and really went the extra mile to help me find a cost-effective way to get my stuff shipped. They weighed it, measured it, handled the packing, and basically made the whole process feel like I had a family member helping me out, despite the fact that I’ve never even met them in person. They turned a super frustrating situation into something memorable and honestly kind of heartwarming. I wish I could give them 100 stars because five just doesn’t seem like enough. If you need people who will treat you right and go the distance for you, this is the spot. They’ll take care of you.”

“UPS store in Weatherford is the best UPS store I’ve ever been to. They are so helpful. They take all my returns even if there for the post office. The young gentleman Dom was so helpful. I will be coming to the store even though it’s 8 miles farther just because the customer service is exceptional. Thank you so very much. The young gentleman Dom Please give him a good review again thank you so very much”

“I needed to ship a purse back to Italy and received conflicting information from different carriers. The USPS location in Granbury told me leather goods couldn't be shipped to Italy, while another USPS location later confirmed that information was incorrect. UPS in Weatherford also wasn't able to process the shipment because it was returned merchandise and didn’t want to be responsible for the tariff if it was not accepted. After getting nowhere, I went to AIM Mail and Matt immediately stepped in to help. He took the time to understand the situation, explain my options, and make sure the package was shipped correctly. He was knowledgeable, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. What was a frustrating experience was made easy because of Matt's willingness to help and his understanding of international shipping requirements. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Advice: If you're shipping internationally and getting mixed answers from other carriers, save yourself the frustration and talk to Matt at AIM Mail first. He can give you the best options through multiple carriers.”

“Dropping off a prepaid FedEx package. The Walgreens staff for prompt and friendly. They accurately handle my transaction in less than 2 minutes. They did not have a USPS drop off which would have been helpful, because going to the post office is the nightmare compared to this experience.”
