Last month, when I could not find a spare tire kit for my Acura, Christine came to my rescue. She located the kit and the tire. She had it in the store within a day or two! Simply awesome. “I ended up getting a wrong battery from the store in South lake Houston in 1960 I purchased one from batteries Plus and on the way home I found the store and the gentleman was very polite professional any helped me with the battery and put it out of my vehicle and brought it back in and was very polite professional and courteous I give him a five stars This is the expectation that I have when I deal with this organization unfortunately the last one was not so great better service at this location and I'm speaking as a man with over 25 years in the industry just in parts alone I hate giving bad reviews but this one is a five-star but the last door not so good”
“Just have to recognize Manager Jodee and Associate Kelly. These two ladies helped me so much. I had bought parts from a different OReilly but they gave me wrong parts. Drove to New Caney Tire, which is great place to get brakes done or tires, which is across the street from New Caney OReilly. They said I had wrong parts. Went across street and Jodee and Kelly switched out parts for me. They are amazing and deserve to be promoted. The Lord was so good to me also in that he kept me and provided for me.”
