“Just have to recognize Manager Jodee and Associate Kelly. These two ladies helped me so much. I had bought parts from a different OReilly but they gave me wrong parts. Drove to New Caney Tire, which is great place to get brakes done or tires, which is across the street from New Caney OReilly. They said I had wrong parts. Went across street and Jodee and Kelly switched out parts for me. They are amazing and deserve to be promoted. The Lord was so good to me also in that he kept me and provided for me.”

“O’Reilly Auto Parts had exactly what I needed, and I really appreciate how well-stocked they are. It’s great to know I can count on them for the right parts when I need them. That said, getting someone on the phone was a bit of a challenge—I had to call back two or three times before anyone picked up.
Once I did get through, the staff were helpful and knowledgeable, but the delay was frustrating. If they can improve their phone responsiveness, this place would be perfect!”
