“Very very very patient and kind and know how to get the job done. The managers are doing a great job and demonstrated customer service and beyond. If it had not been for them today, I would have left verizo! For good after I have been a loyal customer for 20 years!!! But after the run around I have been through with not getting service in my home (where I work,) and how they waited patiently (for 2 hours with tech service over the phone) and worked out this problem I have been having for over a month! My uncle has a disability and has trouble with the cup seeing he can only use one arm. Travis went out if his way to help make the slushy and clean up after my uncle, with extreme patience.
