He was very patient when I was indecisive on what phone to pick and gave me the best comparsions and great options. I did not feel rushed or like I was pressured into buying something that I did not want. Charles even gave me the best information on what promos were available. “This Place is amazing. Long story short I got my sim card stuck in my tablet. I went to 4 different stores that work on phones they all said they either needed to break the sim card or break the tablet to get it out. I gave up on getting that sim card back so I came here to get another one. Nick the GOAT helped me out and was able to easily fish out my sim card. It was damaged at that point from everyone trying to get it out but he helped me get a new sim and made it super simple.THATNKS NICK YOU ARE THE GOAT!!!!”

“After the runaround with AT&T I came to the Humble Best Buy to seek assistance with an upgrade! We were greeted by Dianna in the cellular department and not only did she make our upgrade process easy she also got us to grab some additional accessories and even put on our screen protectors. Later on during the day after my Uncle was also having issues upgrading through AT&T I recommended we go back to Best Buy, well Dianna was there to save the day again, she helped us with our second upgrade of the day and was assisted by Cindy who help us put on our screen protectors they were both so helpful and made our visit enjoyable! For now on we will only be upgrading with BestBuy Humble location!”

“I don't know why other people had issues returning items to this Best Buy. I did not have to wait but three minutes they return my item and credit my account in less than two minutes. I'm sorry I don't recall the customer service rep who took care of me but the two employees I interacted with the security guard at where you enter and exit the building, and the man who took care of me at the register. I still don't know why they only give you guys 2 1/2 stars. I'm very pleased with your excellent customer service and promptness . I appreciate it. If I ever need to get something from there again I'll look towards you guys even though I was returning this item but excellent customer service all the way around the building look clean keep up the good work.”

“Read the reviews before I initially went to this store to purchase 2 phones months ago. My experience was EXCELLENT! Great customer service as several people has said. Fast forward to last Wednesday,4/26/23 I purchased 2 more phone's, added those to my account, but the phone's were acting up for a few days. I took them back to the store yesterday, Saturday, 4/29/23. The manager Mr Sulaiman, ask me what was going on with them, I told him; was able to exchange them without any problem! I ended up spending a extra $22.00 total for the two new phones because I went a different brand of phone's for the swap out. Their customer service is TOP TIER!! If you go to this store, you won't be disappointed!!! Thank You for an awesome experience both time's ??”
